SUPERIOR 6000 Series HTV Flex Film / Heat Transfer Vinyl
The SUPERIOR 6000 Series HTV flex film is a high quality PVC-free polyurethane flex film for printing on T-shirts and many other textiles. SUPERIOR 6000 Series flex films are thin and supple at only 70 microns. They have a soft touch and are very comfortable to wear.
With a transfer temperature of 150 °C and a short press time of 8 seconds, the film is also suitable for more delicate fabrics.
SUPERIOR 6000 flex film is available in 50 brilliant and expressive colours, so there are almost no limits to your creativity.
Tested for harmful substances! Tested by TÜV Rheinland according to the extended legal requirements for textile and leather products in Germany EU 07/2020.
Instructions
The following information is intended as a guide and may vary due to tolerances (material properties, blade wear, etc.). A test cut is required at each roll change and wash tests are recommended.
Pre-press at full press temperature for 2-3 seconds and wash inside out at least 24 hours after pressing.

Sticky Carrier
The carrier of the SUPERIOR® 6000 Flex Film is sticky (repositionable), allowing graphics that have been lifted during weeding to be pressed back onto the carrier.

Flex Film for Multi-Layer Applications
The SUPERIOR® 6000 Flex Film is ideal for layered applications. Please note: For multi-layer applications, press the first layers only briefly and apply full pressing time only on the final layer.
